Who I work with
I work with people living with complex, chronic conditions, especially those involving persistent pain, chronic fatigue, and nervous system dysregulation. Many of my patients have been diagnosed with overlapping or poorly understood conditions, and are looking for a form of care that increases their capacity to move through life in a respectful, and personalised manner.
Conditions I commonly work with include fibromyalgia, autoimmune illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis, dysautonomia and POTS, ME/CFS, chronic migraine, and other fatigue-related or invisible conditions. For a more detailed list, please see the accordion.
My approach
I offer movement-based, integrative physiotherapy, combined with breathwork, somatic movement and yoga therapy. My approach is focused on increasing capacity for engagement, improving symptom management, and supporting nervous system regulation. Care plans are always personalised, and aim to be sustainable, practical, and respectful of energy limits and fluctuating health.
