I work from Tribe Flow Studio and online.

The studio is located in Cork City Centre, where I offer physiotherapy for chronic illness, pain, and fatigue. Please see below for detailed information on address and finding the studio. If you prefer telehealth, I am also available for online consultations.

Physio Consultations - Tribe Flow Studio

  • You can see me at Tribe Flow Studio, in the heart of Cork City, for Chartered Physiotherapy or 1:1 therapeutic movement sessions tailored to your needs. These sessions use somatic, breath-led, and nervous system-informed practices to help you manage chronic symptoms from the inside out. Rooted in bottom-up approaches, they support regulation, mobility, and sustainable strength. Please note the studio is located on the top floor and requires walking up two flights of stairs.

    When you arrive please enter and climb two flights of stairs to the very top. Once you walk in the studio the therapy room is the first door on the left.

Physio Consultations - Online

  • If you’re not based in Cork City or prefer working from the comfort of your home, you can book Online 1:1 sessions. Like my in-person work at the clinic, these are movement-based chartered physiotherapy sessions tailored to your needs—supporting nervous system regulation, mobility, and symptom management through breath-led and somatic practices. All you need is a bit of floor space, a laptop, and a functioning camera.

Group Classes - Tribe Flow Studio

  • If you’re looking for group classes rather than 1:1 care, you can find me teaching a Neurokinetica-based class at Tribe Flow Studio on Wednesday evenings. The class is called Therapeutic Yoga for the Nervous System and you can book directly via the studio website. All mats and props are provided by the studio. Please ensure you pre-book and arrive 5 minutes early wearing comfortable clothes.
