Coaching
I offer a physio-led clinical exercise coaching program for people with chronic pain, fatigue, and complex or invisible illness who want structured guidance with movement. Each plan is built through careful assessment and steady progression to help you regain confidence and function. The program integrates yoga-based mindful movement and regulation strategies, with space to adapt when flare-ups occur. The aim is to help you become confident and consistent with exercise for life.
Staying active with chronic illness is so hard
Many people I meet in clinic tell me they struggle with shifting between overdoing it and underdoing it. Symptoms change, energy drops, and the line between productive movement and overload feels unclear. Most people end up guessing, often influenced by mixed messages seen online or past experiences with professionals who didn’t understand their condition. Working together gives you a clear framework so movement becomes predictable again rather than another source of stress.
But it can be done with proper guidance
Exercise shouldn’t leave you incapacitated or trigger long flare-ups. It’s possible to enjoy moving again without the crash that follows. If you’ve been cycling through boom-and-bust patterns, I can help you build a steadier, less stressful way of staying active so you can reconnect with the joy of movement.
Exercise Foundations Program (12 weeks)
Everyone starts here to establish a solid base. Across twelve weeks you learn how to move safely, adjust for symptoms, and gain confidence with structured exercise. We create routines that hold, to build a foundation you can rely on as you progress.
-
Initial assessment (movement, symptoms, goals, history)
A bespoke exercise and movement plan (updated as you go)
Yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and relaxation strategies tailored to your condition
Six fortnightly 1:1 calls for guidance, pacing, and troubleshooting
Regular check-ins between sessions
A clear structure that supports consistency without overwhelm
This helps us stabilise your baseline, reduce reactivity, and build reliable routines. By week twelve, you understand your own thresholds and know how to adjust movement in daily life.
-
One time payment of €980
Exercise Progressions Program (6 weeks)
For people who want ongoing support while increasing strength, capacity, and confidence. Once you have completed the Foundations Program, you can repeat it on your own, or at some point choose to continue with this Progressions Program when you feel ready. Across six weeks you continue to improve your load tolerance and movement skills.
-
6 more weeks of bespoke programming
Introductory call to go through your program
3 fortnightly check-in calls
Continued guidance as you take on more movement or more complexity
Adjustments based on symptoms, energy, and life demands
If a long time has passed since your initial foundations program (5+ months) it may be necessary to schedule another Initial Assessment separately.
-
One time payment of €490

There is no difference in quality or depth between in-person and online sessions. If attending a clinic in Cork is taxing for you, or you live elsewhere, online sessions may be the best fit.
What you’ll need for online sessions:
A space to move (enough for a yoga mat)
A mat
A computer with a functioning camera and microphone
Adequate lighting so I can see you clearly
As my approach does not typically involve hands-on/manual therapy, you’ll receive the same level of care and input online as you would in person.
Not sure this is right for you? Drop me an email at hello@neurokinetica.com to explain your case and I will try our best to help or refer you.
