I offer physiotherapy sessions designed for individuals living with chronic illness, fatigue, pain, and other long-term conditions. My approach is movement-based, person-centred, and grounded in evidence and lived understanding.

  • Initial Consultation (approx. 60 minutes): €110

  • Follow-Up Session (approx. 45 minutes): €90

These timeframes are flexible—sessions may run slightly shorter or longer (±10 minutes), depending on your needs on the day. I don’t work by the clock; I work with you, making space for the session to unfold meaningfully.

Other useful information

  • You may be eligible for partial reimbursement:

    • Tax relief: You can claim 20–42% back on physiotherapy sessions as part of your medical expenses through Revenue’s Med 1 process.

    • Health insurance: Many Irish insurers (VHI, Irish Life, Laya, Aviva, etc.) offer physiotherapy rebates. Check your individual policy for eligibility.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

    • Cancellations with less than 6 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

  • This is not a quick fix. Therapy is not something done to you—it’s a collaborative process. As a healthcare professional, I offer consultations to support you in working toward better self-management and health outcomes.

Some people benefit from a single consultation, where we explore your current situation and outline a path forward. Others choose to work with me over 4–12 weeks, allowing time to implement strategies, build capacity, and make lasting changes.

We’ll decide together what’s most appropriate for you during your initial consultation.

  • There is no difference in quality or depth between in-person and online sessions. If attending a clinic in Cork is taxing for you, or you live elsewhere, online sessions may be the best fit.

What you’ll need for online sessions:

    • A space to move (enough for a yoga mat)

    • A mat

    • A computer with a functioning camera and microphone

    • Adequate lighting so I can see you clearly

As my approach does not typically involve hands-on/manual therapy, you’ll receive the same level of care and input online as you would in person.

  • I am a CORU-registered Chartered Physiotherapist in the Republic of Ireland. Therefore, physiotherapy sessions are available only to residents of Ireland.

If you are based outside Ireland, I can offer coaching and movement therapy sessions instead. The format and structure are very similar, and still rooted in the same principles of integrative, personalised care.
