Availability update

My calendar is currently full for ongoing therapy, and I will reopen it to new patients in January. In the meantime, I am glad to offer one-off consultations for anyone who would like to talk through their concern with a physiotherapist and leave with a clear understanding of their next steps.

To book a one-off consultation, please email hello@neurokinetica.com. Existing patients are also welcome to book follow-up appointments by emailing the same address.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Appointments begin at the scheduled time. If you expect to be late, please contact your physiotherapist via email. If you have not arrived and have not contacted us within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be treated as forfeited and recorded as a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged.
